DIETETIC INTERN: THROUGHOUT THE INTERNSHIP September 2019-March 2020
The internship concentration was emerging trends in dietetics. We were split into teams of 3 to build an online course about an emerging trend in dietetics and my group's area was sustainability. We chose to focus on restaurants and how restaurants can be more sustainable. The topic of our course was " Sustainable Practices for Restaurants." During the course of this project;

Built a three-module, 35-minute online course
Gave it to our target audience to review and give feedback
